The "No-Mixing" Cart Rule
You cannot mix "In-Stock" items with "Future Arrival" (Pre-Order / Incoming) items in the same checkout.
In-Stock figures and Future Arrivals (Pre-Orders or Incoming items) cannot be combined in the same cart checkout. Because Future Arrivals ship at later dates, our system requires separate transactions.
If your cart throws an error, please split your purchase into two checkouts: one for in-stock figures shipping today, and one for your pre-order allocations.
How do Pre-Order Allocations & Deposits work?
To lock in a pre-order allocation, US domestic orders require a 10% deposit at checkout ($0.00 due for international orders). Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours as funds are committed directly to securing manufacturer slots.
When your figure physically arrives at our NY warehouse from Japan, an automated invoice for the remaining balance plus actual carrier shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) will be emailed to you. You have 30 calendar days to complete payment on an arrival invoice.
What is the difference between PO (Pre-Order) and IN (Incoming)?
Pre-Order (PO): The manufacturer has announced the figure and open allocations are locked with our Japanese suppliers before production finishes.
Incoming (IN): The figure has officially released in Japan and verified wholesale pallets are currently en route to our main NY warehouse. These are sold on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
Are pre-order release dates guaranteed?
Release months listed on product pages represent manufacturer estimates. Figure sculptors, factory painting schedules, and ocean freight logistics can occasionally shift delivery dates. Delays by manufacturers do not qualify as grounds for deposit refunds, but we update status tracking regularly in our Discord server.
What is a Manufacturer "Short-Print"?
Occasionally, Japanese manufacturers cannot produce enough physical units to fulfill global demand and will short-print or cut distributor allocations.
If your pre-order is affected by a manufacturer short-print, you will be notified immediately and receive a 100% Full Refund of your deposit.
How much is domestic & international shipping?
Oversized Figures: Massive 1/4 scale figures or cartons exceeding 12x12x12 inches void the flat rate. Exact carrier shipping is calculated and invoiced after weighing at our NY facility.
Contiguous US: $5.69 Base Flat Rate for standard boxes via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Canada: $10.00 USD Flat Rate shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Shopify Markets—duties are prepaid at checkout so nothing is due upon delivery.
Switzerland & Global: Express courier routes (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS) calculated precisely by weight and destination volume.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances due to carrier volume restrictions on large collector boxes and insurance coverage mandates. All shipping addresses must be valid street addresses.
How are multi-item split boxes handled?
To prevent crushing and heavy figure damage during transit, our standard safety box limit is 12x12x12 inches. If a multi-item order requires additional boxes for structural safety, a secondary invoice for a $5.00 box fee per extra carton will be issued before dispatch.
Why is shipping invoice-centric?
You can always join our Discord Server to chat with support and request live shipping estimates!
Our invoice-centric model protects you from automated checkout shipping errors by giving you transparent, accurate options:
- Exact Carrier Quoting: Prevents automated algorithms from overcharging you on complex or multi-item boxes.
- Canada Flat Rate ($10 DDP): Prepaid duties at checkout eliminate surprise customs fees upon delivery.
- WonderVault Consolidation: Hold fully paid figures in our NY warehouse for up to 90 days and combine them into a single box to save on shipping! Read full details on our WonderVault Guide.
What are the invoice payment deadlines?
Failure to settle arrival invoices within 30 days results in deposit forfeiture and permanent account suspension.
Pre-Order Arrival Balance Invoices: You have 30 calendar days to complete payment once your figure physically arrives in NY. Unpaid invoices past 30 days result in order termination, deposit retention as liquidated damages, and account suspension.
Secondary Shipping / Split-Box Invoices: Payment must be settled within 7 calendar days to avoid order cancellation minus a 10% restocking fee.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?
Any order may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund. Beyond 24 hours, pre-order deposits are non-refundable. Standard in-stock cancellations prior to fulfillment entry are subject to a 10% Restocking & Gateway Processing Fee.
What is your Return Policy?
Transit damage or listing discrepancies must be reported with clear packaging photos within 48 hours of delivery.
For brand-new items, we offer a 30-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in pristine condition (subject to a 10% restocking fee; buyer pays return shipping). Opened items and pre-owned figures are strictly ineligible for return.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Partialy deposit payment plans. All checkouts are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store raw credit card numbers locally.
When is my payment processed?
For In-Stock items, full payment is processed immediately at checkout. For Pre-Orders, a 10% allocation deposit is processed at checkout ($0.00 for international orders), and the remaining balance plus shipping is invoiced upon warehouse arrival.
Sealed Item Grading (Box Condition)
For factory-sealed figures, manufacturer tape is unbroken and the item inside is guaranteed untouched. Grades apply ONLY to the outer box condition:
- PO / IN: Pre-Order / Incoming allocation status.
- Grade S+ (Collector Mint): Flawless. Zero dents, creases, or scuffs.
- Grade S (Mint Box): Case-fresh standard retail condition.
- Grade A (Standard): Light corner dings or minor shelf scuffs.
- Grade B (Worn Box): Visible flaws like box creases or deep corner dents. Discounted.
- Grade C (Damaged Box): Severe packaging damage.
Opened Item Grading (Figure Condition)
Factory seal broken. Grades S+ and S do not exist here. Actual photos are provided for Grade B and lower:
- Grade A (Like New / Open Box): Figure is brand new and was never displayed.
- Grade B (Displayed Item): Figure was displayed in a dust-free case; box shows storage wear.
- Grade C (Worn Item / Missing Part): Visible scuffs or missing minor accessories.
- Grade D (Damaged Item): Physical flaw (broken peg) and damaged packaging. Heavily discounted.
What is the WonderVault?
Massive 1/4 scale figures or boxes exceeding 12x12x12 inches are strictly excluded from the WonderVault due to warehouse footprint penalties.
Instead of shipping items immediately, you can choose to store your fully paid items in our secure, climate-controlled NY warehouse for up to 90 calendar days.
Wait for multiple pre-orders to arrive and dispatch them together in unified shipping boxes to save on carrier fees!
What happens if my WonderVault exceeds 90 days?
On Day 91, an automated vault dispatch invoice is issued for exact carrier shipping fees. Failure to settle the dispatch invoice within 7 days constitutes account ghosting, resulting in order cancellation, deposit retention, and permanent loss of vault privileges.
