Systems Wonderland LLC (DBA Otaku's Wonderland), based in Long Island, New York, implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the private information of our customers. In strict accordance with New York's SHIELD Act, this includes secure system architecture and restricted, role-based access to your personal data.

We collect specific data points to deliver a premium collectible shopping experience:

• Identifiers: Name, shipping address, email, and phone number for NY warehouse fulfillment.
• Community Data: Discord User IDs and Usernames. This is strictly required for authentication and community management within our invite-only Royal Vault VIP program.
• Commercial Info: Purchase history, 50% pre-order deposit records, and WonderVault (Hold) status.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and browser cookies utilized by Shopify to maintain your cart session, enforce the 'No-Mixing' cart rule, and facilitate secure logins.
• Marketing & Attribution Data: When you visit our store via TikTok, we collect "hashed" (encrypted) versions of your email and phone number (Advanced Matching) and browsing behavior (Pixel & Events API). This helps us show you relevant collectibles rather than random ads.

We securely delete or 'hash' private information once it is no longer required for business or legal purposes.

While we collect and maintain commercial transaction history—such as tracking your 50% pre-order deposits versus in-stock purchases—we do not see, process, or store raw credit card numbers.

All payments are securely encrypted and processed via Shopify Payments or other PCI-compliant third-party processors. Systems Wonderland LLC only retains secure tokens and transaction receipts necessary for accounting and order fulfillment.

To operate our storefront and logistics, we share necessary data with trusted third parties:

• Shopify: Our eCommerce platform and backbone.
• Logistics Partners: Pirate Ship, UPS, and USPS for the sole purpose of label generation, fulfillment, and shipping insurance.
• Discord: For Royal Tier verification, community management, and support ticketing.
• TikTok (Maximum Integration): We use TikTok’s Advanced Matching and Events API. This allows TikTok to collect data directly from our servers and your browser to optimize ad performance.
• In-App Fulfillment: If you use the TikTok In-App Checkout, TikTok collects your billing and shipping info and passes it to our Shopify admin. Your transaction is processed via the same secure providers used on our main site, but TikTok may also retain a record of the purchase to improve your shopping experience on their platform.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Our high-end collectibles are intended for teen and adult collectors. If we discover data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, it will be immediately purged from our systems in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

While New York’s privacy laws are continuously evolving, we honor the spirit of the CCPA and GDPR for all users:

• Access/Correction: Users can view and update their personal information at any time via the Shopify 'My Account' portal.
• Deletion: Requests for data deletion can be sent to our support email. Please note that deletions are subject to tax and legal record-retention requirements (e.g., maintaining records of 50% deposits for state accounting laws).
• Cookie Management: Shopify utilizes essential cookies for cart and login functionality. You can manage or clear these via your browser settings at any time.
• We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, typically 7 years for financial records related to 50% deposits to comply with New York tax audits.

Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you.
