While we track transaction history—such as pre-order deposit balances versus final arrival payments—we do not see, process, or store raw payment card numbers on our local servers.

All transactions are securely encrypted and authorized via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Partialy, or PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Systems Wonderland LLC retains only transaction tokens and accounting receipts necessary for fulfillment and tax reporting.

• Logistics & Insurance Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express for label generation, DDP customs clearing, and third-party insurance claim verification (Pirate Ship / Shipsurance).
• Community Infrastructure: Discord for account verification and live support ticket resolution.

Our Services are strictly intended for general audiences aged 18 and older (or 13–17 under direct parental supervision). In accordance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover data submitted by a child under 13, it will be immediately purged from our active databases.
