Package Grading System

Absolute transparency on the physical condition of your collectibles.

1. Our Condition Standards

As collectors ourselves, we know package and figure condition matter immensely. Every single item that enters our NY main facility is personally inspected and assigned a strict grade so you know exactly what you are paying for. We grade conservatively, meaning an item will often arrive looking even better than its assigned grade.

2. Sealed Items & Allocation Codes (Box Grade)

For factory-sealed items, the manufacturer tape is unbroken and the figure inside is guaranteed 100% untouched. Condition grades apply ONLY to the external cardboard box:

  • Grade PO (Pre-Order): Priority manufacturer allocation slot. Factory fresh upon arrival.
  • Grade IN (Incoming): Secured allotment en route to our NY warehouse.
  • Grade S+ (Collector Mint): Flawless condition. Zero dents, creases, or scuffs. Pulled directly from a fresh master case.
  • Grade S (Mint Box): Case-fresh standard retail condition. May exhibit microscopic handling marks visible only under direct light.
  • Grade A (Standard): Minor shelf wear, light corner dings, or subtle scuffs. Perfect for unboxing or display.
  • Grade B (Worn Box): Visible flaws like box creases, minor window push-ins, or deep corner dents. Offered at a discount.
  • Grade C (Damaged Box): Severe packaging damage. Please check the specific condition notes on the figure listing page.

3. Opened & Pre-Owned Collectibles (Figure Grade)

If the manufacturer factory seal or shrink wrap is broken, Grades S+ and S do not exist. Pre-owned items are subject to strict anti-swap security checks:

  • Grade A (Like New / Open Box): Figure is brand new and was never displayed. Manufacturer seal broken for inspection only.
  • Grade B (Displayed / Great Condition): Figure was previously displayed in a dust-free case. Figure is in excellent condition; box shows storage wear.
  • Grade C (Worn Item / Missing Part): Figure exhibits minor scuffs, paint transfers, or is missing non-essential accessories.
  • Grade D (Damaged Item / Ripped Box): Significant physical flaw or damage (e.g., broken peg, deep scratch) and heavily damaged packaging. Deeply discounted.

Security Notice: Opened and pre-owned figures are strict final sale once the external shipping carton is unsealed. Physical damage or listing discrepancies must be reported with unedited photos within 24 hours of delivery.
