An Invoice-Centric Store
Otaku's Wonderland operates as an Invoice-Centric boutique. To avoid overcharging you with automated shipping algorithms, we manually assess complex or oversized orders. This means that while you may pay a base flat rate at checkout, certain orders (like massive figures or multi-item shipments) may require a secondary shipping invoice sent via email before your order is fulfilled.
Standard Flat Rate
We offer a $5.69 Base Flat Rate shipping via USPS or UPS anywhere within the 48 Contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not currently offer international shipping.
Split Boxes & Multi-Item Orders
If you place a large order that cannot safely fit into a single standard 12x12x12 shipping box, we will split your order into multiple boxes to ensure your collectibles arrive undamaged. If this occurs, you will receive an email invoice for a $5.00 fee per additional box required. Your order will be placed on hold until this invoice is paid.
The Oversized Exception
Massive 1/4 scale figures and large resin statues void the flat rate entirely. If an item is oversized, your checkout shipping cost will show as $0.00. We will carefully pack the item, calculate the exact UPS/USPS carrier rate, and email you a precise shipping invoice.
If we email you a shipping invoice (for an oversized item or an extra split box) and you fail to pay or reply within our given timeframe, your order will be forcefully canceled. A 10% restocking/cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the time and gateway fees associated with the abandoned transaction.
