Cancellations & Returns
Our policies for refunds, defects, and order adjustments.
Once the item physically arrives at our NY warehouse, we will email you a secure checkout invoice for the remaining 50% balance (plus your flat-rate shipping). You have exactly 7 days to pay this invoice.
Abandonment: If the invoice remains unpaid and you make zero communication with us after 7 days, your order is forcefully canceled and the 50% deposit will be retained as liquidated damages (not as a penalty) to compensate Systems Wonderland LLC for the costs of procurement, storage, and the loss of resale opportunity.
Mercy Cancellation: If you reply to the invoice within the 7 days and explicitly tell us you need to cancel, we will only charge a 25% restocking fee and refund the rest of your deposit. Please communicate with us!
Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy to give you as much opportunity as possible to cancel items before they ship.
Pre-Orders
Most pre-orders may be canceled at any time before the final payment has been processed. However, if you cancel a pre-order that required a non-refundable down payment (or if you abandon an arrival invoice past the 7-day window), your down payment will not be refunded.
In-Stock Shipments
When items are added to a shipment, we begin the process of fulfilling your order. Once this happens, items can no longer be canceled. Furthermore, standard cancellations prior to an item shipping are subject to a 10% Restocking and Processing Fee.
Return Policy (30 Days)
Not all purchases are going to be perfect. With that in mind, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.
Unopened Items
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the exact same condition as when initially received. These returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Opened Items
Opened items are not eligible for returns. This includes items removed from original packaging, visible indications that the package has been opened, or opened cases that are no longer factory sealed.
Damaged & Defective Items
Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part), if you send us the request within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong.
Note: Minor cosmetic paint issues or standard package wear do not qualify as a defective product unless specifically covered under our Package Grading guarantees.
