Pre-Orders & Incoming Items

Secure your highly sought-after figure allocations before they sell out.

1. Future Arrivals: Pre-Orders vs. Incoming

We work directly with top Japanese manufacturers and official distributors to bring you authentic collectibles at the best prices! Any item that is not currently sitting in our NY main warehouse is classified as a Future Arrival, broken down into two distinct status codes:

  • Pre-Orders (PO): Advanced reservations for items announced by the manufacturer but not yet released. If a supplier short-prints or cuts allocation, affected orders are canceled and 100% refunded.
  • Incoming (IN): Secured allotments en route to our NY warehouse facility from Japan. Released on a first-come, first-served basis.
THE NO-MIXING CART RULE

In-Stock figures and Future Arrivals (Pre-Orders or Incoming) cannot be combined in the same cart checkout. Because Future Arrivals ship at a later date, our fulfillment system enforces separate checkouts. If your cart displays an error, please check out separately for in-stock and future arrival items.

2. Deposit Options & Allocations

To secure your figure allocation slot, we offer flexible deposit tiers:

  • US Domestic Orders: A 10% deposit is required at checkout to lock in your allocation slot. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 100% refund. Beyond 24 hours, paid deposits are non-refundable as funds are committed directly to securing supplier inventory.
  • International Orders: Feature a 0% deposit protocol ($0.00 due at checkout). A full invoice for item balance + calculated shipping + applicable duties will be issued prior to fulfillment.
  • Royal VIP Tiers: Verified Royal Members enjoy $0.00 down pre-order locks, with full balance invoices issued upon arrival.

Note: Pre-order allocations are secured upon deposit. If a manufacturer or distributor unexpectedly cancels or short-prints an allocation line, your order will be promptly canceled with a 100% deposit refund.

⚠️ ARRIVAL INVOICE TIMELINES (CRITICAL NOTICE)

Once your figure physically arrives at our NY main warehouse, an automated final invoice for the remaining balance plus actual carrier shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) will be emailed to your account.

30-Day Pre-Order Arrival Window: You have exactly 30 calendar days to complete payment on a pre-order arrival invoice. Failure to complete payment or contact support within 30 days results in order cancellation, deposit retention as liquidated damages, and account termination.

7-Day Secondary Shipping Rule: For secondary split-box or in-stock shipping invoices, payment must be settled within 7 calendar days to avoid order cancellation minus a 10% restocking fee.

3. Arrival Dates & Supply Line Shifts

Listed arrival dates represent manufacturer estimates. International ocean freight, customs clearance processing, and production schedules can occasionally cause delays. While we track every container closely, release date adjustments by manufacturers do not qualify as grounds for deposit refunds.

4. Combining & Holding Shipments (WonderVault)

When your pre-order arrives, you don't have to ship it immediately. Select the WonderVault option to store items safely in our NY warehouse for up to 90 days. Combine multiple figure arrivals into a single box to save significantly on shipping! Read full details on our WonderVault Guide.
