Pre-Orders & Incoming Items

Secure your highly sought-after collectibles before they sell out.

1. Future Arrivals: Pre-Orders vs. Incoming

We work directly with top manufacturers and suppliers to bring you the newest and hottest items at the best prices! Any item that is not currently sitting in our NY warehouse is classified as a Future Arrival. This is broken down into two distinct categories:

  • Pre-Orders: The manufacturer has announced the item, but it has not been released yet. We are taking advanced reservations. But these orders can be cancelled if Manufactuere or Supplier runs out of stock or shor prints the items.
  • Incoming: The item has been ordered and secured from our supplier. It will release in japan first then make its way to our warehouse.
THE NO-MIXING CART RULE

You absolutely cannot mix In-Stock items with Future Arrivals (Pre-Orders or Incoming) in the same checkout. Because Future Arrivals require a 50% deposit and ship months later, our system physically cannot process them in the same transaction as an item shipping today. If your cart throws an error, please split your purchase into two separate transactions.

2. The 50% Deposit

To secure your allocation for a Future Arrival, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of checkout. We purchase these items from Japan on your behalf, and this deposit guarantees your unit is locked in. Because we commit capital to secure your item, this 50% deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind.

THE 7-DAY INVOICE RULE (CRITICAL)

Once the item physically arrives at our NY warehouse, we will email you a secure checkout invoice for the remaining 50% balance (plus your flat-rate shipping). You have exactly 7 days to pay this invoice.

Abandonment: If the invoice remains unpaid and you make zero communication with us after 7 days, your order is forcefully canceled and 100% of your deposit is forfeited to cover our capital loss.

Mercy Cancellation: If you reply to the invoice within the 7 days and explicitly tell us you need to cancel, we will only charge a 25% restocking fee and refund the rest of your deposit. You will be instructed on how to apply for a refund!

3. Arrival Dates & Delays

Every Future Arrival lists an expected arrival date. We want your figures to show up on time just as much as you do, but unfortunately, the import industry is subject to delays. The expected arrival date is an estimate; there are no guarantees for exactly when these products will arrive. No compensation can be given for items that arrive late.

4. Shipping Your Pre-Orders

When your pre-order arrives, you don't have to ship it immediately. You can choose to hold it in our NY warehouse and combine it with other orders to save money. For more information, read our WonderVault Guide.
