The WonderVault
Store your items securely and ship them together to save money.
What is the WonderVault?
The WonderVault is our custom storage mechanic designed specifically to help collectors save money on shipping. Instead of paying our $5.69 flat rate every single time a pre-order arrives or you buy an in-stock figure, you can choose to send your fully paid items directly to your WonderVault.
We will hold your items in our secure, climate-controlled NY Warehouse. You can continue adding figures to your WonderVault over time. When you are ready, simply request to ship your vault, and we will package everything together into one box for a single shipping fee.
The 90-Day Storage Limit
You may hold items in your WonderVault for a maximum of 90 days from the exact date the first item was fully paid and added to the WonderVault.
- For In-Stock items, the 90-day storage limit begins the day you checkout.
- For Pre-Orders and Incoming items, the 90-day limit begins the day you pay your final balance invoice and the item is officially moved into your WonderVault.
If an item sits in your WonderVault past the 90-day limit, our system will automatically trigger a shipment. We will generate a shipping invoice for the expired items and email it to you. We do not cancel or keep your paid items, but you must pay the shipping invoice to receive them.
- Failing to respond to the invoice within 7 days will be caused for order cancellation and the full amount will be kept as ghosting protocol.

WonderVault Exclusions
While most standard scale figures, Nendoroids, and articulated figures are eligible for storage, there is one major exception:
Oversized Items: Massive 1/4 or 1/7 scale figures, or any item whose physical box dimension exceeds 12 inches in any direction (12x12x12), are strictly excluded from the WonderVault due to warehouse space constraints. These items must be shipped immediately upon arrival or purchase.
