What is the WonderVault?
The WonderVault is our custom warehouse holding mechanic designed to help collectors save money on shipping. Instead of paying shipping fees every single time a pre-order arrives or you purchase an in-stock figure, you can choose to send your fully paid items directly into your WonderVault.
We hold your collectibles in our secure, climate-controlled NY warehouse facility. Continue stacking figure arrivals into your vault over time, and when you are ready, request a vault dispatch! We will pack your items safely into unified shipping boxes for a single, consolidated carrier fee.
The 90-Day Storage Limit
You may hold items in your WonderVault for a maximum of 90 calendar days from the exact date the first item is fully paid and moved to vault status.
- In-Stock Items: The 90-day storage clock begins the day you complete checkout.
- Pre-Orders & Incoming Items: The 90-day storage clock begins the day you pay your final arrival balance invoice and the item is officially received into your WonderVault slot.
When items in your WonderVault reach the 90-day limit, our system automatically triggers a required vault dispatch. An exact carrier shipping invoice (via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express) will be generated and emailed to your account.
- 7-Day Payment Deadline: Failure to settle the final vault shipping invoice or communicate with support within 7 calendar days constitutes Account Ghosting.
- Order Forfeiture: Unpaid expired vault shipments past 7 days will be canceled, and 100% of order funds will be retained as liquidated damages to cover long-term storage, capital lockup, and inventory liquidation processing.
- Vault Revocation: Your account will receive an active strike, and future access to the WonderVault service will be permanently revoked.

WonderVault Exclusions & Box Limits
While standard scale figures, Nendoroids, static prize figures, and articulated figures are fully vault-eligible, specific restrictions apply:
- Oversized Items (1/4 Scales & Resins): Massive 1/4 scale figures or large resin statues whose outer box dimensions exceed 12x12x12 inches are strictly excluded from the WonderVault due to warehouse footprint penalties. These ship immediately upon warehouse arrival.
- 12x12x12 Safety Limit: To protect collectibles from crushing, our safety box limit is 12x12x12 inches. If your consolidated WonderVault requires multiple boxes, a secondary $5.00 box fee per additional carton will be included in your dispatch invoice.
