Welcome to Otaku's Wonderland. By accessing this website or joining the Otaku's Wonderland Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

-Legal Entity: Systems Wonderland LLC (DBA Otaku's Wonderland).
-Location: Registered in Long Island, New York.
-Governing Law: New York State Law and the Federal Arbitration Act.

-Platform Extensions: These Terms apply to all purchases made through our official "Systems Wonderland" storefront, including the TikTok Shop and In-App Checkout experiences.

Payments & Deposits: Users acknowledge that "Future Arrivals" (Pre-Orders and Incoming items) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of checkout. This secures your allocation and is strictly non-refundable, subject only to our mercy cancellation exceptions.

-Market Guards: Systems Wonderland LLC reserves the right to restrict purchase quantities and adjust pricing dynamically based on aftermarket volatility to protect our inventory against scalping.

-In-App Restrictions: Our "No-Mixing" cart rule (preventing Pre-Orders and In-Stock items from being bought together) is enforced within the TikTok In-App Checkout. Orders that bypass these logic gates due to platform glitches may be canceled and refunded.

-Inventory Accuracy: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to manufacturer "short-prints," typographical pricing errors, or sudden inventory discrepancies without prior notice.

The Royal Vault: Access to the Royal Tier VIP program is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the absolute right to revoke Royal status, remove Market Guard override discounts, or ban users from the Discord server if they violate community guidelines or engage in "flipping" (reselling) behavior that harms the collector community.

Electronic Communication: By creating an account or joining our Discord, you explicitly consent to receive electronic communications from us, including invoices, tracking updates, and community pings.

Transfer of Title: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer immediately upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (UPS or USPS).

Insurance & Claims: All shipments are insured via our shipping partners (Pirate Ship / Shipsurance). Users must fully cooperate with insurance claims by providing clear photos of damaged packaging within 48 hours of delivery. TikTok Shipping: For orders placed via TikTok, we utilize TikTok Shop Logistics. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is scanned by the TikTok-assigned carrier. Please note that "Seller Shipping" rules on our main site may differ from "TikTok Shipping" transit times.

Proprietary Rights: "Systems Wonderland," "Otaku's Wonderland," and "The Royal Vault" are trademarks of Systems Wonderland LLC.

Anti-Botting & Limited License: Users are granted a limited license for personal use only. Data mining, "botting" the checkout process, or using automated scripts to bypass our Market Guards is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent IP ban and order cancellation.

"As Is" Basis: All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, except as explicitly required by New York law.

Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Nassau County or Suffolk County, New York, rather than in court. Both parties explicitly waive the right to a jury trial or class-action participation.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Systems Wonderland LLC's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific product at issue.
• Systems Wonderland LLC is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturer production delays, international shipping strikes, or customs holds.
