1. Secure Deposit

Pay 50% today to lock in your figure. Cancel within 24hrs for a full refund.

PO (Pre-Order)

If the supplier sells out, you are refunded 100%.

IN (Incoming)

Secured allotments en route. First come, first serve.

Once it hits our NY warehouse, we email your invoice for the remaining balance.

⚠️ The 7-Day Rule

  • When ANY invoice is sent (PO, IN, or Shipping), you have 7 days to reply/pay.
  • PO or IN: No response? Order terminated, deposit kept.
  • In-Stock Item: No response? Order cancelled, 50% kept.
3 Marks on your account = Account Terminated

🛑 De Minimis is Dead

Importing directly from Japan now means private couriers (DHL, FedEx) hold your package hostage for $30+ brokerage fees. Our bulk warehouse imports completely bypass these predatory fees.

⚖️ Deposit vs. Lock

Using a 50% Deposit means your balance adjusts to the live tariff rate on arrival. Using a 100% Price Lock (Certified Members only) makes you completely immune to future tariff hikes.

🛡️ The Shield Policy

To keep listing prices stable, we absorb the brutal upfront hit of Section 122 tariffs. Because we take on this massive financial risk for the community, any retroactive federal refunds are retained by the store to cover those absorbed costs.
