Accepted methods, timing, and how our invoice system works.
Accepted Payment Methods
We process all transactions securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as accelerated checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Payment Timing & The Invoice System
For In-Stock products, full payment is due immediately at the time of purchase.
For Pre-Orders and Incoming Items, our system is split into two phases:
- The Deposit: A 50% non-refundable down payment is collected today at checkout to secure your item.
- The Arrival Invoice: When the product physically arrives at our NY warehouse, we will generate a manual invoice and email it to you. This invoice will contain a secure checkout link to pay the remaining 50% balance plus your shipping fees.
Payment for all arrival invoices must be received within 7 days of the email being sent. If payment is not received and you have not contacted support, the order will be automatically canceled and your initial 50% deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure customersupport@otakuswonderland.com is whitelisted in your email client so you do not miss your arrival notices.
Certified Otaku (CO) Perks
Members who have achieved Certified Otaku (CO) status through our Discord community enjoy overrides on certain market pricing and allocation limits. These discounts are applied manually to your account and will reflect on your final arrival invoices.
