A prestigious, sculptor-focused line from Banpresto, SCultures (a portmanteau of "Sculpture" and "Culture") represents the pinnacle of artistic expression in prize-tier figures. Unlike standard mass-produced lines, every SCultures figure is born from the Zoukei Tenkaichi Budoukai (Sculpting Best Under Heaven Tournament). In this competition, world-class professional sculptors go head-to-head to create the most dynamic, anatomically perfect, and creatively posed versions of iconic characters. The winning designs are then manufactured for the public. Because they are designed by individual artists with distinct styles, SCultures figures are famous for their unique "personality"—often featuring more aggressive textures, extreme action poses, and deeper facial detail than standard retail releases.
