Because Pre-Orders and Incoming items require a 50% deposit and ship months later, our system physically cannot process them in the same transaction as an item sitting in our NY warehouse right now.

If your cart throws an error, please split your purchase into two separate transactions: one for items shipping today, and one for your deposits.

To secure an allocation for a Future Arrival item, a 50% upfront deposit is required today.

When the item physically arrives at our NY Warehouse from Japan, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining 50% balance (plus your flat rate shipping). You have 7 Days to pay this invoice.

Note: Final balances may fluctuate slightly based on actual US import tariff rates at the time of arrival.

Occasionally, Japanese manufacturers cannot produce enough units to fulfill global demand and will "short-print" or heavily allocate an item.

If your pre-order is affected by a manufacturer short-print, it is not your fault. You will be notified immediately and receive a 100% Full Refund of your deposit.

We offer a $5.69 Flat Rate shipping via USPS or UPS anywhere within the 48 Contiguous United States. (We do not ship to P.O. Boxes).

While shipping might seem intimidating. It is set up in a way to help you save the most by giving you choices such as:

⁕Live Carries prices Vs Flat Rate: Letting you view if flat rate would be cheaper than our flat rate (this is for users living close enough for shipping to be cheap but the flat rate should cover 80% of the remaining states)

⁕Order Storage Consolidation: Offered as WonderVault. This is your ability to order now, and tell us to hold it to save on shipping if you have more items arriving soon-ish (There is a 90 days limit) please check HERE to learn more.

When your pre-order arrives in NY, we email you an invoice for the remaining balance. You have exactly 7 days to pay it.

Mercy Cancellation: If you reply to the invoice within the 7 days and explicitly tell us you need to cancel, we will only charge a 25% restocking fee and refund the rest of your deposit. Please communicate with us!

Yes, but all standard cancellations prior to the item's arrival (or before an in-stock item ships) are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee to cover non-refundable payment gateway processing fees.

For Buyer's Remorse, items must be returned absolutely sealed and unopened within 30 days of delivery. These returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged by the courier, please keep the original shipping box and contact us immediately with photos so we can file an insurance claim.

For sealed items, the figure inside is guaranteed untouched. The grade applies ONLY to the cardboard box.

• Grade S+ (Collector Mint): Flawless. Zero dents, creases, or scuffs.
• Grade S (Mint Box): Case-fresh. Standard retail condition.
• Grade A (Minor Wear): Light corner dings. Best for out-of-box collectors.
• Grade B (Worn Box): Significant flaws like creases, tears, or deep dents. Discounted.
• Grade C (Damaged Box): Severe box damage. Refer to specific condition notes.

The factory seal is broken. Grades S+ and S do not exist here. Actual photos of the item are provided for Grade B and lower.

• Grade A (New Item, Opened Box): Figure is brand new/never displayed. Box has minor wear.
• Grade B (Displayed Item, Worn Box): Figure was displayed but is in great condition. Box shows storage wear.
• Grade C (Worn Item / Missing Part): Figure has visible scuffs, paint transfers, or is missing minor accessories.
• Grade D (Damaged Item / Ripped Box): Significant damage to the figure (broken pegs) and severely damaged packaging. Heavily discounted.

Instead of shipping items immediately, you can choose to hold your fully paid items in our secure, climate-controlled NY Warehouse for up to 90 Days.

This allows you to wait for other pre-orders to arrive and ship multiple items in one single box, saving you from paying multiple flat-rate shipping fees.
