1. General Agreement & Jurisdiction

Welcome to Otaku's Wonderland. By accessing this storefront, placing an order, or joining the official Otaku's Wonderland Discord server, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Core Business & Pre-Order Deposit Policies

Payments & Deposits: Future Arrivals (Pre-Orders and Incoming items) are secured under a tiered deposit structure: a 10% deposit for US domestic orders and a 0% deposit protocol ($0.00 at checkout) for international orders. Paid deposits represent liquidated damages—a reasonable estimate of our administrative, procurement, and warehousing reservation costs—and are non-refundable after 24 hours from purchase.

Market Protection & Anti-Scalping: Systems Wonderland LLC reserves the right to restrict purchase quantities and dynamically adjust pricing models to protect inventory allocation from speculative flipping and scalping.

Cart Logic: In-Stock items and Future Arrivals cannot be combined in the same cart checkout. Orders that bypass these logic gates due to platform glitches may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Inventory Allocations: We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund deposits if manufacturers or suppliers run out of stock, short-print an allocation line, or introduce typographical pricing errors.

⚠️ ARRIVAL INVOICE TIMELINES (CRITICAL NOTICE)

Pre-Order Arrival Balance Invoices: Once your figure physically arrives at our NY main warehouse, an automated final balance invoice will be issued. You have 30 calendar days to complete payment. Failure to settle the invoice within 30 days constitutes a material breach of contract, resulting in order termination, forfeiture of paid deposits as liquidated damages, and account suspension.

Secondary Shipping Invoices: For secondary split-box or in-stock shipping invoices, payment must be completed within 7 calendar days to avoid order cancellation minus a 10% restocking fee.

3. Community Conduct & Discord Communications

VIP & Loyalty Programs: Access to VIP tier status and community perks is a privilege. Systems Wonderland LLC retains absolute discretion to revoke tier status, cancel active discounts, or ban users who exhibit predatory reselling, abusive behavior, or marketplace manipulation.

Electronic Notification Consent: By creating an account or submitting an order, you explicitly consent to receive transactional electronic communications, including arrival invoices, tracking information, and fulfillment alerts via email and official Discord support channels.

4. Risk of Loss & Shipping Protocols

Transfer of Title: Title and Risk of Loss pass directly to the customer upon delivery of the package to the designated shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express).

Insurance & Claims: All shipments are insured through third-party partners (Pirate Ship / Shipsurance) or direct carrier coverage. Customers must inspect packages upon arrival, report physical damage within 48 hours of delivery, and provide clear photographic evidence of both internal and external packaging to facilitate claim processing. 5. Intellectual Property & Automated Access

Proprietary Rights: "Systems Wonderland," "Otaku's Wonderland," "The WonderVault," and all custom site mechanics (including database logic and card game frameworks) are exclusive intellectual property of Systems Wonderland LLC.

Anti-Botting & Limited License: Automated scripting, data scraping, checkout botting, or attempting to bypass cart restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent IP termination and order cancellation.

6. Liability & Dispute Resolution (The NY Clause)

"As Is" Standard: ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY MANDATED BY NEW YORK STATE LAW.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration: ANY UNRESOLVED LEGAL CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION CONDUCTED IN NASSAU COUNTY OR SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK. BOTH PARTIES EXPLICITLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS-ACTION LAWSUITS.

Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event shall Systems Wonderland LLC's total aggregate liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product at issue.
  • Systems Wonderland LLC is not liable for delayed or failed performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturer production delays, ocean freight disruptions, or customs clearance holds.
