Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

To ensure you pay the lowest possible carrier rates, we do not rely solely on automated algorithms. We manually assess complex, fragile, or oversized orders. This ensures your high-end collectibles are packed safely without overcharging you for "estimated" shipping. 1. Standard Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a $5.69 Base Flat Rate via USPS or UPS anywhere within the 48 Contiguous United States. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Canada: $10 USD flat rate to Canadian provinces, shipped DDP (duties prepaid at checkout). Other international destinations are available by custom invoice, with duties paid by the recipient.
2. International Options
Canada: We offer a $10 USD Flat Rate to street addresses in Canadian provinces, shipped DDP — Canadian duties & taxes are collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery. PO Boxes and the Territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) are not eligible. Full details on our Canada Flat Rate Shipping page.
Other countries: Available by custom invoice. Any duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility (DAP).
2. Split Boxes & Multi-Item Orders
To prevent damage, we do not "force" items into boxes that are too small. Our standard safety limit is a 12x12x12 shipping box.
- If your order requires multiple boxes for safety, you will receive a secondary invoice for a $5.00 fee per additional box.
- Your order will remain in "Hold" status until the additional box invoice is paid.
3. The Oversized Exception (1/4 Scales & Resins)
Due to their size and weight, massive 1/4 scale figures and large resin statues are excluded from the Flat Rate.
- At checkout, the shipping cost for these items will appear as $0.00 (TBD).
- Once the item is packed and weighed, we will email you a precise invoice for the actual carrier cost (UPS/USPS).
If we issue a shipping invoice (for oversized items or split boxes), you have 7 days to complete payment. Failure to pay or communicate within this window results in a Forceful Cancellation. A 10% Processing & Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover labor and non-refundable transaction gateway fees.
For "pre-orders" or "Incomin' Orders an unpaid final invoice means retention of the current paid amount, the account will be placed on hold until the invoice is resolved. An account with a pending invoice longer than 30 Days will be terminated.
4. Risk of Loss & Insurance
In accordance with our Terms of Service, title and Risk of Loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured via Shipsurance or Pirate Ship. Customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the external packaging to facilitate an insurance claim.
5. Fulfillment Timelines
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. For Pre-Orders and 'Incoming' items, item's arrival time is subject to change as per our supply lines. shipping occurs only after the final invoice has been paid in full. For those whom select 'WonderVault' or 'Pay Later' Options the final invoice will be at timelines imposed at a per order basis. All customers are let known to agree with this time frame and payment structure upon placing an order.
