Cancellations & Returns

⚠️ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
All items labelled "Pre-Order" or "Incoming" require a 50% down payment. By placing your order, you explicitly agree that this 50% deposit represents liquidated damages (a reasonable estimate of our administrative, warehousing, and procurement costs) and is non-refundable, except as provided under our Mercy Cancellation policy.

1. The 7-Day Arrival Rule

Once your item physically arrives at our NY warehouse, we will email a secure checkout invoice for the remaining 50% balance + shipping.

  • Abandonment: If the invoice remains unpaid after 7 days with no communication, your order is canceled. 100% of your deposit is retained as liquidated damages to cover capital loss.
  • Mercy Cancellation: If you contact us within the 7-day window to request a cancellation, we will refund your deposit minus a 25% restocking fee.

2. Pre-Owned & Pre-Opened Items

Items sold as "Pre-Owned" or "Pre-Opened" are subject to high-security handling to protect their collector value. Our policy is as follows:

  • Final Sale: These items are non-returnable once the outer shipping/delivery box has been opened.
  • "Not as Described" or Shipping Damage: If the content is damaged or differs from the listing description, you must:
    1. Leave the item untouched in the original shipping box.
    2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    3. Provide clear photos of the box, labels, and the item, along with your Order Number.
    Failure to report within 24 hours or opening/handling the internal contents constitutes acceptance of the item's condition.

3. Standard In-Stock Returns (New Items)

For factory-sealed, new items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

  • Unopened Items: Must be in the exact condition received. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Opened Items: Once the factory seal is broken, new items are ineligible for return.

4. Cancellations Before Shipping

  • Pre-Orders/Incoming: May be cancelled at any time, but the 50% down payment remains non-refundable as liquidated damages if not cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  • In-Stock Items: Once an item is added to a shipment/fulfillment queue, it can no longer be canceled. Before fulfillment, cancellations are subject to a 10% Processing Fee.

5. Defects & Damaged Items

Defective items may be exchanged for a replacement (or part) within 30 days. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Note: Minor cosmetic paint issues or standard package wear do not qualify as defects unless covered by our Package Grading guarantees.
