1. General Agreement & Jurisdiction

Welcome to Otaku's Wonderland. By accessing this website or joining the Otaku's Wonderland Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • Legal Entity: Systems Wonderland LLC (DBA Otaku's Wonderland).
  • Location: Registered in Long Island, New York.
  • Governing Law: New York State Law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
  • Platform Extensions: These Terms apply to all purchases made through our official storefront, including TikTok Shop and In-App Checkout experiences.

2. Core Business Policies

Payments & Deposits: Users acknowledge that "Future Arrivals" (Pre-Orders and Incoming items) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of checkout. You agree that this deposit represents liquidated damages—a reasonable estimate of our costs for securing and warehousing your allocation—and is non-refundable if the order has not been cancelled within 24 hours.

Market Guards: We reserve the right to restrict purchase quantities and adjust pricing dynamically based on aftermarket volatility to protect inventory against scalping.

In-App Restrictions: Our "No-Mixing" cart rule is enforced within TikTok In-App Checkout. Orders that bypass these logic gates due to platform glitches may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

THE 7-DAY RULE (CONSPICUOUS NOTICE):
FAILURE TO PAY A FINAL ARRIVAL INVOICE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ITEM ARRIVING AT OUR NY WAREHOUSE CONSTITUTES A BREACH OF CONTRACT. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER AND THE ABSOLUTE FORFEITURE OF YOUR 50% DEPOSIT AS LIQUIDATED DAMAGES TO COVER CAPITAL LOSS.

3. Discord & Community Conduct

The Royal Vault: Access to the Royal Tier VIP program is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the absolute right to revoke status, remove discounts, or ban users who engage in "flipping" (reselling) behavior that harms the collector community.

Electronic Communication: By creating an account or joining our Discord, you explicitly consent to receive electronic communications from us, including invoices, tracking updates, and community pings.

4. Risk of Loss & Shipping

Transfer of Title: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer immediately upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (UPS or USPS).

Insurance: All shipments are insured via our partners (Pirate Ship / Shipsurance). Users must fully cooperate with insurance claims by providing clear photos of damaged packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Proprietary Rights: "Systems Wonderland," "Otaku's Wonderland," and "The Royal Vault" are trademarks of Systems Wonderland LLC.

Anti-Botting: Data mining, "botting" the checkout process, or using automated scripts to bypass our Market Guards is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent IP ban and order cancellation.

6. Liability & Disputes (The NY Clause)

"As Is" Basis: ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY REQUIRED BY NEW YORK LAW.

Arbitration: ANY UNRESOLVED DISPUTES OR CLAIMS SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN NASSAU COUNTY OR SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK, RATHER THAN IN COURT. BOTH PARTIES EXPLICITLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS-ACTION PARTICIPATION.
